To initiate your warranty claim, please email firstname.lastname@example.org the following:
1) Proof of purchase from retailer or ride100percent.com shop.
2) A photo showing us how the item is defective
3) Your address, as warranty service for non-US customers is managed by our local dealers and distributors in order to provide the best quality service and support.
Once we receive this information we will review coverage under our warranty and confirm if the item is covered. We will them advise to send the defective product back to our Warranty Department for review and warranty replacement.
The 100% limited warranty covers all manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of (1) year from the original date of purchase from our website or at an authorized 100% dealer or web reseller. Coverage is valid only for the original purchaser with proof of purchase from 100percent.com or the authorized 100% dealer or web reseller. The product will be repaired, or replaced, if, upon inspection, 100% finds it to be defective in materials or workmanship.
This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from normal wear and tear, accident, abuse, acts of nature, improper use or maintenance, negligence, impact, or repairs or alterations outside of our facility.
The limited warranty program does not cover scratched lenses and scratched lenses will not be replaced under 100%’s limited warranty policy.
